If you have received a grant, please follow the following instructions:

1. Please take photo of the front and back of the card that was provided
2. Fill out the form below
3. Once confirmed by our team, they will reach out to you on next steps

Note:  A form will have to be filled out for every player that received a grant.

Acknowledgment of Registration and Grant payment submission

Thank you for your interest in our Little League. Due to high demand, all player spots for the Spring 2026 season have been filled.

While we are still accepting financial grant payment submissions, please note that any submissions received from this point forward will be applied toward the Summer 2026 season (or future seasons). If you choose to proceed with your application, your child will be placed on our priority list for the next available session.
